Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies can be a great on-the-go meal any time of day. Whether you’re looking for a quick and easy breakfast idea, or a light lunch option, these six easy super smoothies are sure to satisfy your taste buds:

Go Bananas: Blend 2 bananas, ½ cup vanilla yogurt, milk, 2 teaspoons honey, pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice.

Orange-Raspberry: Blend 1 cup orange juice and 1 cup of raspberries, ½ cup plain yogurt, 1 cup ice, and sugar to taste.

Honeydew Almond: Blend 2 cups chopped honeydew melon, 1 cup almond milk, ice, and honey to taste.

Spa cucumber: Peel, seed and chop 2 cucumbers. Blend with lime juice, ½ cup water, 1 cup ice, and sugar or honey to taste.

Great Green: Blend 1 cup almond milk, ½ cup pineapple juice, 1 cup kale (chopped), ½ fresh pineapple (diced), 1 banana
