  Silver Spring Thanksgiving Parade

  Silver Spring Thanksgiving Parade Patient First was excited to participate in the annual Silver Spring Thanksgiving Parade on Saturday, November 20, 2021. This event took place in downtown Silver Spring, MD in Montgomery County and was a 1 mile event. The Silver Spring Thanksgiving was a family-fun event and featured live music, dancers, bands, animals, floats and local elected leaders and organizations. This year’s Patient First float was Christmas themed with Christmas trees, Teddy bear, Christmas present, toy soldiers and drums. Patient First employees were excited to participate and waved to the crowd filled with families that cheered for Patient First.   Towson Town Spring Festival 2023

  The energy and excitement of the promise of spring was felt in the heart of Towson this past weekend, as tens of thousands of people turned out for the annual rite that is the Towson Spring Fest!  Every year, this event draws throngs of people who take part in the sights, sounds, smells, and taste experiences that make up this two-day event. Once again, Patient First was proud to participate in the fun, and our tent was visited by a vast number of people (and their pets) who told us wonderful stories of their experiences at our centers, and walked away with our treasure trove of promotional items. One of the most frequent refrains heard from those who came by was, "Your table gives away the best stuff!"  In addition to the over 100 vendors that lined the streets of this six-block block party, there were musical acts and dance troop performances showcased on two stages, a petting zoo, carnival rides, and a wide variety of foods spanning the culinary culture of the globe.   Towson Town Spring Festival

  Spring has sprung, and there was plenty of evidence that people were ready to emerge from not just the winter, but the pandemic as well, at this year's Towson Town Spring Festival! Encompassing five square blocks in the heart of Towson, this two day event is one of the largest outdoor events of the year for the community, as it made its return for the first time since 2019. An estimated 90,000 people lined the streets to take in the sights, sounds, and services of the community. The staff of the Patient First center in Towson came out to participate in the Festival, handing out promotional items, and interacting with both former patients, and a few who were unfamiliar with our services. Plenty of those who stopped by our table took the time to say thank you for the care and efficiency with which our doctors, nurses and support staff helped them through their emergencies. Some storm clouds might have washed out the last 90 minutes of the second day for the festival, but it didn't dampen the experience of anyone ...

  Mountain View Elementary Spring Festival

  On Saturday, May 30th, the PTA at Mountain View Elementary school, near our Gainesville center held its inaugural Spring Festival, and Patient First was a proud participant in the event! More than 500 families gathered to take part in the fun and games, which included activities like the Patient First sponsored Moon Bounce, a rock climbing wall, and a variety of games. There was also a chance for kids to get hands-on experiences with horses, and a petting zoo. A DJ fed the ears, keeping the party atmosphere alive, while food trucks fed participants' stomachs.  The only thing shining brighter than the sun and clear skies were the smiles on the faces of the kids who turned out for this fantastic event. Patient First is proud to have been able to help kick off what everyone hopes will become a yearly event!

  Tuckahoe Elementary Spring Fling

  Tuckahoe Elementary School kicked off the season with their annual Spring Fling.  Patient First hosted the Kooky Clinic, which was a big hit for the students.  Several kids lined up at the Patient First tent to receive bandages, wraps, slings and fake blood to make their imitation injuries look real.  And just like any other day, a few of our awesome team members from the Colonial Heights center jumped right in to take care of them. Other fun stations set up for the kids included a petting zoo, axe throwing, bounce houses, cake walks, a trolley train, as well as food, music, and so much more.  The PTA did an awesome job of putting the event together to make it a memorable moment for the kids.  And to top it all off, the weather was perfect!  What an awesome day for the Tuckahoe community!  We had a blast and look forward to seeing you all next year.

  Perfect Summer Weather Helps Make Limerick Community Day a Huge Success

  We had such a nice time at the recent Limerick Community Day in Royersford, PA near our Collegeville and Pottstown centers. Held at the beautiful Limerick Community Park, this family oriented event was hosted by Limerick Township Parks and Recreation and the Spring-Ford Chamber of Commerce. We enjoyed a day full of activities with appeal to all ages. The Spring-Ford Area High School Marching Band opened the event, and were in great musical form to kick off the festivities. Friends and families of these student musicians came out to cheer on the band, and then stayed for the rest of the fun which included tents and tables from a variety of local businesses and community vendors, including Patient First. RAM Nation Spring-Ford High School Sports and Athletics also participated in the event.  A Food Truck Festival made the overall success of the event extra special and kept people on site for the duration of the event. And best of all, Mother Nature provided us with a picture perfect day – bright sunshine, blue skies and warm weather. We love opportunities where ...
