COVID-19 Services for Employers and Employees

Patient First is now offering a full range of turnkey services and tests to help ensure that employees can return to work while keeping other employees and customers safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

BASIC COVID-19 EVALUATIONS AND  VIRUS TESTING

COVID-19 Virus Testing (current infection) is available at select Patient First centers, by appointment only. This RT-PCR COVID-19 Virus Test helps determine if someone currently has COVID-19.  For more information on COVID-19 Virus Testing for Employers, please click here.  For general information about COVID-19 Virus Testing, including a list of designated testing centers, please click here.  Virus Testing is offered to asymptomatic, symptomatic, and exposed employees who are:

  • New hires/pre-employment,
  • Currently on the job, or
  • Returning to work.

 

ON-SITE COVID-19 VIRUS TESTING (at employer's location)

On-site COVID-19 Virus Testing (RT-PCR) is available to employers that meet certain criteria.  To determine if you are eligible for on-site COVID-19 testing, please contact your Occupational Health Sales Manager.  Virus Testing is offered to asymptomatic, symptomatic, and exposed employees who are:

  • New hires/pre-employment,
  • Currently on the job, or
  • Returning to work.

 

ON-SITE MEDICAL OBSERVATION OF COVID-19 SELF-SWAB TESTING

A Patient First medical professional can provide on-site observation of self-swab testing, to help ensure a proper test sample is collected.

 

ON-SITE CONSULTATION SERVICES FOR COVID-19 PREVENTION AND SAFETY

Have a Patient First medical professional meet with your staff to review strategies for, and to answer questions about, preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace and beyond.

 

COVID-19 ANTIBODY TESTING

COVID-19 Antibody Testing is now available on a walk-in basis at all Patient First Centers from 8am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. Antibody Testing helps determine if someone previously had COVID-19. It is not used to diagnose current COVID-19 infections. For more information on the Antibody Test, please click here. Antibody Testing is available for employees who are:

  • New hires/Pre-employment,
  • Currently on the job, or
  • Returning to work/demonstrating they are fit for duty.

 

ADVANCED EMPLOYEE EXAMINATIONS/PHYSICALS

These examinations/physicals may result in a COVID-19 Virus Test and are available for employees who are:

  • New hires/Pre-employment,
  • Currently on the job, or
  • Returning to work/demonstrating they are fit for duty.

 

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

All Patient First centers offer temperature checks for employees to help determine if he/she is free from fever, a leading symptom of COVID-19.
