Mr. Joseph Richardson joined Patient First as a physician assistant in 2002. He received an Associate of Arts degree and a physician assistant certificate from Essex Community College in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Richardson is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow of the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants and a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
