Flu Shots
For the latest status on the availability of Seasonal and H1N1 Swine flu vaccines at Patient First, please click: Greater Richmond, Greater Hampton Roads: Tidewater and Peninsula, Greater Baltimore, Greater DC. Our website is updated whenever the status changes. Patient First does not offer the H1N1 nasal mist vaccine.

The CDC recommends that the following priority groups receive the 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine:

  • Pregnant women
  • Household contacts and caregivers for infants less than 6 months of age
  • Healthcare and emergency medical services personnel
  • Persons 6 months through 24 years of age (must be at least 4 years of age to receive the vaccine at Patient First)
  • Persons aged 25 through 64 years who have health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza
